DENVER (AP) - Roberto Luongo made 31 saves, Alexandre Bolduc and Mason Raymond scored and the streaking Vancouver Canucks beat the Colorado Avalanche 2-1 in a penalty-filled game Sunday night.

The Canucks have won five straight and are 12-1-2 since the end of November. Vancouver hasn't lost in regulation since Dec. 5 against St. Louis, a span of 12 games. The Canucks are 4-0 against Colorado this season.

Paul Stastny scored his 15th goal of the season and Craig Anderson made 27 saves for the Avalanche, 1-4-1 since winning six straight.

The were 16 minor penalties called in the game, including nine in the second period, but neither team could take advantage. Colorado was 0-for-5 on the power play and Vancouver was 0-for-4.

The Canucks opened the scoring seconds after killing off one of their nine penalties. With Kevin Bieska in the box for hooking, the Avalanche was pressuring Luongo. Kevin Porter's wide-open shot from the slot was stopped by Luongo and bounced out to Glass, who started a 2-on-1 with Bolduc. Glass fed Bolduc, who beat Anderson with a shot to the far side with 1:45 left in the first period. It was the first goal of Bolduc's career.

Luongo was sharp throughout, and came up with some big saves in the second period.

The Canucks gave Luongo some much-needed breathing room when Raymond scored off a feed from Bolduc 3:11 into the third period after a clearing attempt by John-Michael Liles took a strange bounce off the glass and caromed into the low slot. It was Raymond's eighth goal of the season.

Stastny got the Avalanche within a goal after a video review confirmed his shot crossed the goal line with 6:25 left. Colorado pulled Anderson for an extra skater with 1:20 remaining but couldn't get the equalizer.

NOTES: Stastny has 300 career points. ... Colorado is 3-7-1 against the Northwest Division and 10-4-1 against the rest of the Western Conference. ... The Canucks outscored their opponents 58-31 in December.
