2014-15: Appeared in 47 games with the Lake Erie Monsters (AHL) during his first professional season…Recorded six points (3g/3a) and 20 penalty minutes…Missed the first seven games of the season with an upper-body injury…Made his professional hockey debut on Oct. 31 vs. Texas and recorded his first pro point (an assist) the following day vs. Texas…Tallied his first professional goal on Dec. 10 at Grand Rapids…Scored the overtime winner on March 31 vs. Milwaukee.

2013-14: Helped lead the Edmonton Oil Kings to the Western Hockey League championship and the franchise’s first-ever Memorial Cup title…Led all Oil Kings defensemen during the regular season in goals (17), assists (44) and points (61)…His 61 points ranked sixth among WHL blueliners…Was an alternate captain for Edmonton…Set new franchise records for points and goals by a defenseman in a season, as well as career point totals for a blueliner with 129 in 190 regular-season games…Joined Griffin Reinhart as co-winners of the team’s Top Defenseman award…Went on to tally 13 points (6g/7a) with a +12 plus/minus rating in 21 WHL playoff contests…His six goals led all Edmonton defenders while his 13 points finished second…Picked up an assist in Game 7 of the WHL Finals on May 12 to help the Oil Kings defeat the Portland Winterhawks and win their second league title in three seasons…Named to the MasterCard Memorial Cup All-Star Team after tallying six points (1g/5a) in five games…His six points led all tournament defensemen…Recorded points in his final four Memorial Cup contests, including back-to-back two assists games on May 20 and 23 vs. Val-d’Or…Scored a power-play goal in the Memorial Cup Final vs. Guelph on May 25.
