- Made his NHL debut in a start on April 11 at Los Angeles.
- Did not factor into the decision as he stopped 23-of-25 shots before leaving in the third period with cramps.
- The 20-year-old became the second-youngest goalie to ever make his NHL debut for the Avalanche (Marc Denis, 19, Dec. 7, 1996 at LA).
- Was only the third Avalanche goaltender to appear in a game before his 21st birthday, joining Denis in 1996 and Jocelyn Thibault in 1995.
- Is the first Finnish-born goaltender to ever play for either the Avalanche or Nordiques.
- Recalled from Lake Erie (AHL) on April 9.
- Has appeared in 26 games for the Monsters this season, posting a 14-11-1 record with a 2.89 GAA, .903 Sv% and one shutout.
- The 2012-13 campaign marks his first season in North America after spending his entire career in his native Finland.
- Backstopped Finland to a fourth-place finish at the 2012 IIHF World Junior Championship in Alberta.
