- Was recalled from Lake Erie (AHL) for the second time this season on Jan. 30 and reassigned on Feb. 14.
- Scored his first NHL goal on Feb. 4 at Nashville.
- Picked up his first NHL assist/point on Jan. 31 vs. NY Rangers.
- Has appeared in 40 games for the Monsters, tallying 12 points (7g/5a) with a +6 plus/minus rating.
- All seven of his goals and 10 of his 12 points came in the month of January.
- Was originally recalled by the Avalanche on Dec. 9 and made his NHL debut that night against Minnesota.
- Was reassigned to Lake Erie on Dec. 16.
- Spent the last four seasons with Miami (Ohio) University (CCHA), where he helped the RedHawks reach the NCAA championship game as a senior in 2008-09.
