2008-09: Spent the majority of the season with Quad City (AHL), but also made his NHL debut with Calgary…Appeared in six games for the Flames, recording two assists…Recalled by Calgary on Feb. 26 and made his NHL debut the following night against the Minnesota Wild…Collected his first NHL point (assist) on March 3 at Ottawa…Reassigned to Quad City on March 26.
2007-08: Skated in all 80 games for Quad City, totaling 42 points (19g/23a).
2006-07: Appeared in all 80 games with the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights (AHL) during his first professional season, recording 43 points (16g/27a)…Led all AHL rookies and finished fourth in the league with a +27 plus/minus rating…Tied for second among AHL rookies with four short-handed goals.
2005-06: Capped off his four-year collegiate career by totaling 22 points (11g/11a) in 25 games while serving as co-captain at Boston University…Earned the Mickey Cochrane Award, presented annually to the school’s best male athlete…Missed the first 15 games of the season due to injury (groin)…Named MVP of the Hockey East Tournament after becoming the first player in league history to net two hat tricks in one postseason tournament.
