2008-09 SEASON
- Shared the team scoring lead with 59 points (26g/33a) in 77 games.
- Also led the club in assists and finished second in goals.
- Was leading the Avs in all three scoring categories prior to suffering a fractured hand on April 1 vs. Phoenix.
- Missed the final five games of the season.
- Led the Avalanche with 257 shots, the second-highest total of his career (265 with Edmonton in 1996-97).
- Tied for first on the club in both power-play (10) and game-winning goals (3).
- Led the Avalanche in scoring during the month of December (14 pts), January (12) and February (13).
- Scored his 300th career goal on Jan. 18 vs. Calgary.
- He and Milan Hejduk reached the 300-goal milestone on the same night, becoming only the second teammates in NHL history to do so in the same game (Detroit's Danny Gare and Ivan Boldirev, Feb. 26, 1983 vs. NY Islanders).
- Had a pair of five-game point streak this season, Dec. 1-9 and Jan. 6-15.
- Tied his career high with four points (1g/3a) on Dec. 23 vs. Phoenix.
- Fired a season-high nine shots-on-net, Jan. 27 vs. San Jose.
- Appeared in his 900th NHL game, Feb. 15 at Detroit.
