Bernie can say hi to you at an Avalanche game for 5 minutes for free! He can only make 5 appearances per game so call 303.405.8547 or fill out the online request form to have Bernie visit you in game!

2. How do I get a birthday message displayed during an Avalanche game?
Celebrate a birthday, engagement, anniversary, or other special occasion with a message on the four corner matrix boards during a game. To get your special message up at the next Avalanche home game call our friendly Guest Relations Staff at (303) 405-8548 or send them an e-mail at guestrelations@pepsicenter.com.
All messages cost $75.00 and include messaging on the four corner matrix boards and a special visit from our Guest Relations staff. Please note, messages only run during the pre-game and intermissions.
Avalanche fans, please be advised that birthday message requests will only be accepted with at least 48 hours notice prior to the game you are requesting; thank you for your understanding!
3. How can I propose at an Avalanche home game?
If you're interested in proposing to that special someone in front of the entire Avalanche crowd here's your chance. We will do the work to set up a very special night for you and your future fiancée which includes:
- Two (2) tickets to a Colorado Avalanche game.
- Jumbotron full page complete with date, names, and congratulations, plus live coverage of the entire proposal taking place.
- DVD recording of your proposal.
- Two Avalanche jerseys.
- A $250 Gift Certificate to a local Denver restaurant.
The cost for a special night like this is $1500.

4. How can I sing the National Anthem at an Avalanche game?
The Colorado Avalanche organization is very proud to have Jake Schroeder as our official anthem singer, and retain his services for almost every single game. However, we are always on the hunt for qualified fill-ins for Jake, so if you think you have what it takes, please submit a digital recording of you singing both the U.S. and Canadian anthems (a cappella only) along with your contact info to avsentertainment@pepsicenter.com. If we are interested in having you come sing the anthem, one our Entertainment Department staff will contact you for a live audition.
5. How can I get a ride on the Zamboni during a game?
All Zamboni rides are done through our sponsorship department or through our ticket sales department. For more information on riding the Zamboni during the pre-game flood, please contact our Group Sales Department at 303.4AVSNHL.
Intermission Zamboni rides are sponsored by Anthony's Pizza and Pasta.
6. How can I participate in a promotion/contest during an Avalanche game?
All of our contestants are either pre-selected, or chosen randomly throughout the game. Look for anyone from the Copper Mountain Ski Patrol Promotional Team as they are always out in the crowd looking for our next winner.
7. How do I submit my song suggestion or ask a question about in-game music?
We have one of the best DJ's in the business, and he is available to answer any of your questions pertaining to music at an Avalanche game. If you have a question or a song suggestion please feel free to send an e-mail to avsmusic@pepsicenter.com. 8. How can I get a copy of a feature that is shown on the Jumbotron?
If you participate in a promotion or contest on the Jumbotron, or if you just enjoy some of the features or videos we do, you can receive a copy of it for a fee of $50. Please mail a written request to the Game Entertainment Department with the following information:
