Denver, CO 80204
303-405-1100

Where can I send a letter to a player or coach?

Fan mail can be sent to:

Attention: Individual Player or Coach
Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club
Pepsi Center
1000 Chopper Circle
Denver, CO 80204

Can I send an item to be autographed?

Autograph requests should be addressed to the player/coach in question, and should include a self-addressed stamped envelope (unsealed) so the player/coach can return the item to you. Do not send an item to more than one player in the same envelope.

Some players receive an extremely large amount of fan mail and it may take a long period of time for a response. Fans should remember that players/coaches are not obligated to sign or return anything mailed to them. Any items are sent at your own risk; the Colorado Avalanche and its players/employees cannot and will not be responsible for any item nor guarantee its safe return.

Does the Colorado Avalanche forward fan mail and autograph requests to former players?

As we cannot guarantee the delivery of such items, they will be stamped UNKNOWN RECIPIENT and returned to the sender.

Can I e-mail Colorado Avalanche players and coaches?

No, but you can write letters to them.

Where can I go to get autographs?

Player autograph sessions organized through the Colorado Avalanche or a sponsor of the Colorado Avalanche will be promoted with dates and times at coloradoavalanche.com. Sometimes, a player’s agent may set up an autograph signing session, in which case the Club may not have prior notification.

It is recommended that fans do not try to get autographs of players around Pepsi Center, especially the player parking area. Players have been instructed not to stop and sign autographs around Pepsi Center due to the high volume of traffic and dangerous situations that can occur. A better place to try and get autographs would be at the team practice facility as the players are exiting after practice.

Is there a Colorado Avalanche Fan Club?

Not officially.

How do I receive an Avalanche Fan Pack?

Avalanche fan packs and player cards can be obtained by writing to:

Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club
Attention: Fan Pack Request
Pepsi Center
1000 Chopper Circle
Denver, CO 80204

Please be sure to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (unsealed). A standard mailing envelope is adequate. Fan pack requests via email will not be honored.

Where does the team hold practices? Are they open to the public?

The South Suburban Family Sports Center in Centennial, Colorado serves as the Avalanche Practice Facility. Fans are welcome to attend Avalanche practices during the regular season; beginning with the start of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, practices are closed to the public. Practice times vary, but typically start at 10:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. on non-game days when the team is in town.
