It all begins tomorrow night when the Avs take to the ice at Pepsi Center. With one last day to practice and prepare for Opening Night, the Avalanche focused on special teams for most of the afternoon session.

Jones - Duchene - Stastny
Mueller - Johnson
Landeskog - O'Reilly - Hejduk
Kobasew - Quincey
Penalty killing tandems
McClement - Winnik
Porter - Lindstrom
McLeod - Galiardi
Wilson - O'Byrne
Hejda - O'Brien

The team also practiced two-on-ones before ending practice with a shootout, much to the delight of the sizeable crowd in attendance.
*Defenseman Kyle Cumiskey was placed on waivers earlier in the day and was not on the ice for practice.
