Avs Host Quebec Qualifier Tournament
The Colorado Avalanche is hosting the ninth annual Quebec Qualifier Hockey Tournament beginning today (Thursday, Oct. 28) and ending Monday (Nov. 1) with the championship game being held at Pepsi Center at 6:00 p.m.  The winning team emerging from the tournament will represent the Colorado Avalanche with an all-expense-paid trip to the 52nd annual Quebec International Pee Wee Hockey Tournament held Feb. 10-20, 2011.  The tournament in Quebec is known worldwide as one of the largest and most prestigious international pee wee hockey tournaments, featuring 110 teams from 14 countries.

WHO:          Arvada, Hyland Hills, Northern Colorado, Littleton, Boulder, Arapahoe,
                    Colorado Springs, Denver CHC and Foothills Pee Wee Hockey Teams.
