Altitude's Coverage of 76 Avalanche Games Begins October 11

Altitude Broadcast Schedule
Altitude announced today that it will broadcast 76 Colorado Avalanche regular season games this year.  Game coverage begins on October 11 with the Colorado Avalanche vs. the Eastern Conference Champion Philadelphia Flyers.  In addition to Altitude’s standard definition coverage, all Avalanche games that air on the network will be shown in high definition format with 5.1-channel surround sound.  Our game coverage includes Avalanche Face-Off pregame show thirty minutes before the game; and Avalanche Locker Room Report after the game.

Mike Haynes and Peter McNab will return as the play-by-play and color analyst for all of Colorado Avalanche broadcasts.  Kyle Keefe and Peter Ruttgaizer will share studio host duties.  Brian Engblom and Mark Rycroft will share studio analyst duties. Julie Browman will contribute regular reports throughout the season.

Fans can get prepared for the 2010-11 season with The Avalanche Experience, which will air several times through the end of September.  In addition, Altitude’s weekly show, Avalanche All Access, returns this season on October 4.  The program will air on Mondays at 6:00 p.m. with several runs throughout the week. This thirty-minute program dedicated to going behind the scenes with the Colorado Avalanche and providing highlights of the team both on and off the ice. The show is hosted by Kyle Keefe with regular reports by Julie Browman and Peter Ruttgaizer. 

Altitude will utilize its second channel, ALT2, for nine Nuggets games this season, all of which are denoted on the schedule below.  All ALT2 games will be available in high definition.   A list of channel numbers can be found on our website.  The complete Avalanche Altitude game broadcast schedule is on the next page.  For more information, please visit www.altitude.tv.
