Galiardi\'s Goal Named Play Of The Week
T.J. Galiardi earned Avalanche "Play of the Week" honors with a late-game goal against the Los Angeles Kings that helped the Avalanche secure a crucial point in its quest for a playoff bid.

Galiardi's tally earned 45.28% of the voting, beating out goals from Milan Hejduk (31.50%) and Peter Mueller (23.22%).

The play now automatically qualifies for Colorado’s year-end “Play of the Year” bracket-style tournament – to be determined by Avalanche fans. Be sure to check back each Friday during the season, as three new choices for the Avalanche’s “Play of the Week” will be posted for you to vote upon.

Galiardi Gets Another – 3/22 @ Los Angeles
T.J. Galiardi is quickly gaining a reputation for scoring clutch goals during his first full NHL season. In this instance, the rookie helped the Avs gain a critical point by scoring with 10 seconds remaining in regulation. After Paul Stastny put a brilliant move on Kings defenseman Rob Scuderi and threw a shot on goal, Galiardi swooped in and cleaned up the rebound to tie the game, 3-3.
