Avs\' Play of the Week - March 6-12
Let your voice be heard in selecting Colorado’s “Play of the Week” each week during the season.

Tyler Arnason, Marek Svatos and Wojtek Wolski are this week's nominees.

We’ve offered up three choices, and now it's your turn to choose the top play by voting on the poll below or on the homepage of At the end of the season, a bracket-style tournament will be held to determine – once again, through fan voting – the Avalanche’s “Play of the Year”.

Check out this week’s three nominees, and be sure to vote for your favorite by Monday at 12:00 p.m. MT.

Arny’s Quick Feed – 3/8 @ Chicago
From the right point, Adam Foote threw a shot toward the Chicago goal. Tyler Arnason gained control of the rebound and made a quick pass across the crease to Chris Stewart, who buried the 10th goal of his rookie campaign.

Svatos’ Blast – 3/8 @ Chicago
Blackhawks netminder Antti Niemi misplayed the puck behind his net and it eventually ended up on the stick of Tyler Arnason. The Avalanche center then threw a pass into the right circle to Marek Svatos, who was all alone and blasted a shot past Niemi.

Wolski Bests Backstrom - 3/12 vs. Minnesota
Wojtek Wolski continued his shootout magic, netting the game-winner in the Avs’ 2-1 victory over the Wild. Wolski baited Niklas Backstrom out of the net and actually faked two shots before sailing an attempt over the Minnesota netminder.
