Avalanche To Host International Pee Wee Qualifier Tournament

On October 27th - 29th and November 6th, the Colorado Avalanche will host the Qualifier Tournament in association with Front Range Amateur Hockey Association. The tournament is open to all Pee Wee AA hockey teams in Colorado. The semi-final and Championship games will held at Pepsi Center on November 5th beginning at 8:00a.m. The championship team emerging from the tournament will attend an all expense paid trip to the 48th Annual Quebec International Pee Wee Hockey Tournament from February 8 -18, 2007 as representatives of the Colorado Avalanche. The tournament in Quebec is known world-wide as one of the largest and most prestigious international pee wee hockey tournaments.
