2011-12: Spent most of his first professional season in the American Hockey League but also saw action in two NHL games with the Avalanche...Was acquired by Colorado from San Jose on Feb. 27 and assigned to Lake Erie (AHL)...Was recalled by the Avalanche on March 4 and made his NHL debut that night in Minnesota against the Wild...Appeared in his second NHL game on March 8 at Nashville...Was reassigned to Lake Erie on March 20...Skated in 13 games for the Monsters, earning seven points (3g/4a)...Appeared in 40 games with the Worcester Sharks prior to the trade, tallying 30 points (10g/20a).
